DailyWins is a family bonding application designed to strengthen parent-child relationships through:

• •Activities: Guided bonding activities with video instructions
• •Stories: A library of mindful children's stories (Maple Mindful Kids content)
• •Memories: Historical view of past check-ins and family moments
• •Notifications: Customisable reminders for daily connection
• •Progress Tracking: Streaks and milestones to encourage consistency

2.2 Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, updates, technical issues beyond our control, or force majeure events.

3.1 Account Creation

To use DailyWins, you must create an account with a valid email address and a secure password. You may also sign in using Google or Apple authentication services.

• •You will be charged within 24 hours before the end of your current period

4.5 Cancellation and Refunds

• •Cancel anytime through App Store or Google Play subscription settings
• •Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• •You retain premium access until your subscription expires
• •Refunds are handled according to Apple/Google refund policies
• •We do not provide direct refunds for subscription fees

5.2 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create. By submitting content, you grant us a licence to store, process, and display it within the App for service delivery. We do not claim ownership of your personal content.

5.3 Content Guidelines

You agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, infringes on intellectual property rights, contains malware, violates the privacy of others, or is spam.

• •Read stories together
• •Build positive family habits

8.2 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use DailyWins to:

• •Violate any laws or regulations
• •Harm, abuse, or exploit minors in any way
• •Impersonate others or provide false information
• •Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• •Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• •Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App
• •Circumvent content protection measures
• •Share your account with others
• •Resell or commercially exploit the service

13.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at contact@maplemindfulkids.com to attempt informal resolution. We will work in good faith to resolve disputes within 30 days.

13.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
