How do I download my files after purchase?
You will receive an email with download links immediately after payment is confirmed. Each link is valid for 48 hours. If you have an account, you can also access all your downloads at any time from My Account → Orders.
My download link has expired. What should I do?
Log in to your account and go to My Account → Orders to regenerate fresh download links. If you checked out as a guest, contact us with your order number and email address and we'll resend your files promptly.
What file formats do your products come in?
Most resources are delivered as PDF files, optimised for home printing at A4 (210×297 mm) and US Letter (8.5×11 in) sizes. Design packs include SVG + PNG files for personal craft and print-on-demand use. Audio products include high-quality MP3 files, a PDF transcript, and parent notes.
Can I print the resources at home?
Yes — all resources are designed to print beautifully on a standard home inkjet or laser printer. For best results, use white paper and a colour printer. You are welcome to take files to a copy shop for personal-use printing.
Do you offer refunds on digital downloads?
Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds on completed purchases. If a file is corrupted, missing, or you were charged twice by mistake, please contact us and we will make it right promptly.
Are your resources available in multiple languages?
Yes! Most resources are available in English, French, and Arabic. Arabic versions include proper right-to-left layout. The website itself is also fully available in all three languages — use the language switcher in the header.
Are the resources suitable for neurodivergent children?
Absolutely. Our largest collection is specifically designed for ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, PDA, Alexithymia, and Twice-Exceptional children — named from the inside, in kid-friendly language. Every resource in this collection is created with an affirming lens.
Are there faith-based resources available?
Yes. We have a dedicated Faith & Spirituality collection with Islamic-informed resources. We also offer secular versions of the same emotional concepts so that families of any faith background can find something meaningful.
Do I need an account to purchase?
No — you can check out as a guest. We recommend creating an account so you can access your download history and regenerate links at any time. You can also create an account from the order confirmation page after your first purchase.
What are bundles and how do they work?
Bundles group several related resources at a discounted price. When you purchase a bundle, all files are delivered as separate downloads in a single order. Bundles are a great way to build a complete toolkit for a specific topic or age range.
Are there free resources available?
Yes! We offer free resources to introduce you to our style and approach. Browse the Free Resources section or look for products marked with the FREE badge. Free downloads require an email address so we can deliver your files.
What is DailyWins and how does it connect to the shop?
DailyWins is our companion family-bonding app, available on iOS and Android. It features a daily 2-minute check-in ritual, guided stories from the Maple Mindful Kids library, family streak tracking, and more. The same content philosophy runs through both the app and the shop.
Can I use these resources in a classroom or therapy practice?
Yes. Our personal-use licence covers use by the purchasing educator, therapist, or counsellor in their own practice or classroom. You may not resell, redistribute, or share digital files with other adults. For a multi-educator site licence, please contact us.
What ages are the resources designed for?
Most of our catalogue is designed for children ages 3–12. Individual product pages specify the recommended age range. Audio meditations may be suitable for older children and teenagers as well — check the product description for guidance.
