1. 1After creating your account, you'll be prompted to add a child
2. 2Choose an avatar for your child
3. 3Enter your child's name (or nickname)
4. 4Select their birthdate (for age-appropriate content)
5. 5Optionally select gender, then tap "Add Child"

To add another child (Premium): Settings → Manage Children → Add Child.

Settings (gear icon) → Profile. You can edit your display name, profile photo, and email (email changes require verification).

Settings → Manage Children → tap the child's name → edit name, avatar, birthdate, or gender → Save.

Settings → Manage Children → tap the child's name → scroll down → Delete Child → Confirm.

If you signed up with email: Settings → Account → Change Password.

If you forgot your password: tap “Forgot Password?” on the login screen, enter your email, and follow the reset link.

3. 3Read the warning (all data will be permanently deleted)
4. 4Type "DELETE" to confirm

Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. You can also use our web deletion form.

A daily check-in is a structured 5-minute conversation with your child covering:

• •Mood: How are you feeling today? (5 emoji options)
• •Gratitude: What are you thankful for? (1–3 prompts)
• •Challenges: Was anything hard today? (ages 8+ only)
• •Tomorrow: What do you hope for tomorrow?
• •Parent Note: A loving message from you to your child

From the Home Screen, tap the “Start Check-in” button, or tap a specific child's card. You can also use the Check-in tab (pencil icon) in the bottom navigation.

That's okay! Life happens. Your streak may reset, but your progress isn't lost and you can view past memories. Just start again tomorrow.

Gratitude prompts are questions that help your child reflect on positive aspects of their day, such as “What made you smile today?” or “Who helped you today?” Prompts rotate daily and are age-appropriate.

Go to Settings → Notifications. Toggle default reminders on/off, or tap “Add Reminder” to create custom ones.

Stories is a library of mindful children's books from Maple Mindful Kids. You can browse by category, read stories together as PDFs, watch video narrations, track reading progress, and save favourites.

Free users can access 1 free story per category (marked with a “FREE” badge). Premium users can access all stories in every category.

Stories are protected by copyright from Maple Mindful Kids. Screenshots are blocked (Android) or detected (iOS), and a watermark is displayed. This ensures authors are fairly compensated.

Settings → Preferences → toggle “Faith-Based Content” on or off. Islamic/faith categories will show or hide accordingly.

Activities are guided family bonding experiences with video instructions, step-by-step guides, required materials list, estimated time, and age recommendations.

iOS:

3. 3Tap Subscriptions → DailyWins → Cancel Subscription

Android:

3. 3Find DailyWins → Cancel Subscription

You'll keep Premium until your current period ends.

Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. Sign in with the same Apple ID/Google account you used to purchase.

A streak counts consecutive days you've completed at least one check-in. It encourages daily family connection. Complete a check-in before midnight in your timezone to maintain it.

Your streak resets to 0, but your longest streak is remembered and all your memories are preserved. Just start building again!

Tap Memories in the bottom navigation. Use Calendar View to see days with check-ins (coloured dots), or use List View to scroll through history.

Watermarks protect copyrighted content from Maple Mindful Kids. They contain a hashed identifier (not your name or email) to discourage illegal sharing.
